Note :
1. Preconvention courses will be complimentary for registered Post graduate delegates as per availability of courses and number of seats on first come basis.
2. Registration fees includes Pre convention course, Registration Kit, Convention gift & Certificate, 2 Breakfast, 2 Lunches, Evening high tea, Banquet Dinner.
3. Registration for interns does not include banquet.
4. Accompanying person registration includes Inauguration ceremony and Banquet.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 31^st October 2024, 75% refund of the registration fee.
Up to 30^th November 2024, 50% refund of the registration fee.
Up to 15^th December 2024, 25% refund of the registration fee.
No refund for cancellations will be given from 16^th December onwards.
All Refunds will be done after the completion of Convention.
Transfer charges + GST in case of cancellation will be covered by participants.
Telephonic cancellations will not be entertained. In case of cancellation, refund will be processed through Bank Transfer in 10 Days after the Convention. No enquiry will be entertained.
